The registration fees are shown in the following table:
1) REGISTRATION PROCEDURES
Registration for the XVI ECOTOX (ECOTOX 2021) and for the short courses will be individual and unique, and must be made until July 15th for the short courses and August 11, 2021 for the event. Click here and follow the instructions listed below:
a) Fill in the online registration completely in the system, observing deadlines and values categories for effect;
b) UNDERGRADUATE STUDENTS OR GRADUATE must submit supporting document (student ID, registration certificate, etc.) to be sent by email (ecotox2021@gmail.com) for the General Secretary’s Office at the time of subscription;
c) All foreign attendees must contact the congress secretary through the ecotox2021@gmail.com address, with subject line ‘Pagamento de estrangeiros’, and ask for further information regarding the payment. The registration fee will be valid for the date the attendee first contacted the ECOTOX 2021 secretary.
d) It is the participant’s full responsibility to correctly complete the online registration form, since the documents (receipts and certificates online) will be generated from the information provided. There will be no 2nd copy of issue.
2) DISCOUNTS FOR MEMBERS
a) Ecotox Brasil members will have total exemption from the registration fee (with or without presentation of abstracts), as long as they are up to date with the annuity, including the one for 2021. SETAC members will also have discount on the registration fee (see Table Registration Fees), as long as they are up to date with the annuity, including that of 2021.
b) The discount can also be granted to new members, as long as they become effective and pay the annual fee until July 31, 2021. The association with Ecotox-Brasil also guarantees the association with SETAC (Society of Environmental Toxicology and Chemistry) and its benefits.
c) It is the participant’s responsibility to inform his / her situation in relation to Ecotox Brasil or SETAC. If the information is not confirmed by the Society, your registration will be subject to the payment of the difference in amounts for the receipt of the key to access the event.
3) REGISTRATION FOR GROUPS
– Registration of groups from 8 people will have a 20% discount on each registration fee in their respective category. If the leader of the group is a member of ECOTOX Brasil with annual dues, the group will receive an additional 10% discount.
To register in group, follow the instructions below:
a) All members of the group must register in the ECOTOX 2021 online registration system through the link http://ecotox2021.com.br/inscricoes-2/.
b) With the registrations already made in the system, the group leader must forward to the ECOTOX 2021 Secretariat – ecotox2021@gmail.com a list containing the full names, CPFs and e-mails of all members of the group. In the subject of the e-mail insert: Registration for Groups.
After receiving the list, the Secretariat will grant the discounts and notify all members via email so that everyone can pay the registration fee.
c) After payment, the registrations will be confirmed.
3) SHORT COURSES
a) Registrations for short courses will be accepted until July 15, 2021 and are subject to registration at the event and the availability of places defined by each minister.
Each congressman can register in up to 2 (two) short courses, one in each shift. The short courses will be divided as follows:
1st. Shift – Short courses 1 to 7 – will take place from 8:00 am to 10:00 am and from 10:30 am to 12:30 pm.
2nd. Shift – Short courses 8 to 14 – will take place from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm and from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm.
b) The effective realization of the short courses is conditioned to the existence of a minimum number of 10 enrolled. If the minimum number of registrants is not reached, the option will be given to transfer to a course with vacancy availability, or the registration fee will be refunded.
c) As the vacancies of the short courses are being filled, they will be unavailable for registration.
